3rd Order of Business:

By unanimous vote the board approved the following new language in regards to special rate signups.

Members wishing special rates shall apply via web form:

“How will you help to advance TheLab.ms in its mission to foster a collaborative environment wherein people can explore and create intersections between technology, science, art, and culture?”

“Who at TheLab.ms is your sponsor for membership? If you do not have a sponsor, please tell us how you expect to hold yourself accountable for being an active participant in TheLab.ms’s community?”

After reviewing applications, the board will either approve or deny the application.

4th Order of Business:

The following members are being awarded membership points for their work on the Red Bull Soap Box Team

Greg is optimizing the access control system.

6th Order of Business:

Unanimous vote approved Brandon Hansford to create an indoor soccer team with TheLab.ms branding. Members of the soccer team will be expected to pay their own sports related dues.

8th Order of Business:

Fencon has asked us to return next year.
